STS Recruiting primarily provides recruiting services with three flexible modes of
performance:
Retained – This is for when you have specific, individual
positions that are critical to fill. By working in partnership with
you, we can provide an unconditional guarantee of success at
competitive rates.
Outsourced – This is for when you have on-going recruiting
needs for which you need outside support (executive search, technical
search, quick ramp-up), and precludes the need for you to increase
your internal recruiting staff.
Contingent - Under special circumstances we will conduct
searches in a contingent mode.
The STS Recruiting methodology includes the following steps:
Position definition – STS confirms the requirements
and responsibilities of the position, and provides sample candidates
to calibrate the validity of the job description.
Candidate sourcing - Using a variety of techniques,
STS sources both active and passive candidates that are not commonly
accessible.
Candidate screening – STS carefully assesses each
candidate’s experience and background as they relate to the specific
requirements of the job description.
Candidate presentation – STS presents candidates in
a carefully defined manner that assures that you thoroughly, but
easily, understand all the relevant factors that qualify the
candidate.
Job offer negotiation – As requested, we help you
negotiate a satisfactory job offer and acceptance.
Logistics – As requested, we help you with logistic
issues such as relocation and visa sponsorship.
